MEMBERSHIP TYPES AND PRICES: PROFESSIONAL ($350- includes National, State & Local dues) - any individual licensed as a mortgage broker in Texas who agrees to comply with the Association`s code of ethics and standards of professional practice. Professional members may vote and serve on committees.

AFFILIATE ($350 for initial company member and $150 for additional company members - includes National, State & Local dues) any individual whose business is other than that of a licensed mortgage broker or loan officer. Affiliate Membership is designed for wholesale lenders, title companies, appraisal companies or other staff personnel of a company who have an interest in supporting mortgage brokers in general and the association in particular. A person may not join at the additional company member rate unless there is a $350 member with a current membership.

LICENSED LOAN OFFICER ($99 - includes National, State & Local dues) any individuals licensed as loan officers in Texas who agree to comply with the Association`s code of ethics and standards of professional practice. Associate members are not entitled to vote, but may serve on committees.

BROKER EMPLOYEE ($99 - includes National, State & Local dues) employees of Professional Broker Members in Texas who agree to comply with the Association`s code of ethics and standards of professional practice. These members are not entitled to vote, but may serve on committees.
